In the first month as the search engine was phased in, OfficeMax.com has already experienced an increase in conversion rate and customer satisfaction around site navigation, and more than a 60 percent increase in average revenue per visit.

The search engine upgrade has led to additional improvements in the OfficeMax.com customer shopping experience. Customers are viewing more products on OfficeMax.com with fewer searches, validating that consumers are finding the products they want with less effort.
